Jessica is a lawyer experienced in representing both companies and
executives regarding executive compensation issues in the context of
mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and private
equity financing.
In addition to executive compensation, she advises employers in all aspects
of traditional employment law, including providing counseling with
respect to performance management, discipline and termination of
employees. She represents employers in litigation and administrative
proceedings involving claims for discrimination, non-compete and
non-solicitation agreements. She earned a JD, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark, and BA in Sociology, New York University.
